1. Update tasks more efficientlyю
Use Configurable Task Card to customize the information displayed when double clicking a task on the Planning Board. By limiting the information displayed, you can update tasks more efficiently. If the Configurable Task Card feature is disabled, the Full Test Details are displayed when double clicking a task.
2. Configurable Task Card.
In View Settings, click the Task Cards tab, and enable Configurable Task Card. The card is composed of horizontal sections that contain up to three fields each. Add or delete sections, and then specify fields displayed in each section. Display standard fields such as Duration and Due Date as well as tax codes and configured fields. Let's display a code used to track safety risk.
3. Configure and Preview.
A preview is displayed below. When a section contains multiple fields, click and drag the vertical line to resize each. Note that the name of the task is always displayed at the top. Choose to show icons to quickly update a task at the bottom of the card, at the top, or not at all.
Set the font size to Standard or use Fit to cell. Save changes to your view. The Configurable Task Card is now displayed when double clicking a task. Click the Task name or any other field to edit it. To view the full task details, click here, or right click on the Task. [MUSIC PLAYING]
