LESSON 10-1: Getting Started in Primavera Cloud Mobile (Under development)

1. Primavera Cloud mobile
Use Primavera Cloud mobile for iOS to manage activities and tasks on the job site. First, download the app and then install it on your mobile device. Before using the mobile app you first have to log in to the Primavera cloud desktop application and locate the mobile QR code.
2. Scan the QR code to fill server URL and login.
Use a web browser to log into Primavera Cloud. In the user, menu select get Primavera Cloud Mobile. When scanned this code will automatically enter the URL of your Primavera Cloud server. Tap the scan QR code icon. Grant Primavera Cloud mobile access to your camera and then focus the camera on the QR code on screen. The server URL is entered here. Type your username. Tap continue and then type your password on the next screen.
3. Projects List and Download Statuses.
The Projects List contains 2 sections. In the cloud and on the device. Projects in the cloud have not yet been downloaded. To work on a project, it must be downloaded to your device. The download status indicator displays one of five Statuses: Download - the project has not been downloaded to the device. Unpublished changes - you have made changes to the project, but the app is offline and changes have not been uploaded to the cloud. Publishing - saved changes are currently uploading to the cloud. Upload failed - One or more changes failed to upload. And Downloaded - the project and associated media are on this device.
4. Update changes and manage device storage capacity.
Last updated date time and project size are displayed to help manage device storage capacity. Swipe left, to remove a downloaded project and all associated files off the device. Tap a downloaded project and drill down to the project overview screen. When you make a change offline or in other words when you are not connected to the Internet the number here represents the number of unpublished changes. In this case, the tasks that were just flagged.
5 Offline and Online mode.
Again, this icon indicates that the device is offline or not connected to the Internet. As soon as the device is online all changes should be automatically published to the cloud. If for some reason changes are not automatically published when the device is reconnected to the Internet tap the switch projects button to go to the projects list and select the project to manually publish changes. If you remain offline you can view and edit the list of all unpublished changes. Also note you have the option to clear all unpublished changes here or drill down on a single change to delete it [MUSIC PLAYING]
