1. Monitor your project

Monitor your project to evaluate how well it is progressing. On the Activities page in Schedule, examine activities' current values, including dates, durations, and costs, and compare them to the baseline. This will help you evaluate the project's progress compared to the original plan.

2. Gantt chart.
View the Gantt chart for a visual comparison of the original baseline and current schedule.

3. Columns and detail windows.
Use columns and detail windows on the page to further examine activity data. For example, determine exactly how far behind schedule and activity is by comparing its finish dates and baseline finish. The difference between current and baseline values is also calculated in variance fields. View costs rolled up to the project level to evaluate if it's on track to finish over or under budget.

4. Filters, grouping, and sorting options.
Use filters, grouping, and sorting options to focus on key activities. For example, apply filters to track critical activities that are currently in progress.

5. Percent Complete.
Use percent complete values to further evaluate activities in progress. In addition to analyzing this project data on the Activities page, add it to dashboards and reports, making it easier to access. Share with stakeholders and view alongside other key project data.
