1. Assess the Organization’s Adaptability to Change

   • Understand culture, readiness, and resistance levels of the organization

2. Identify Change Requirements & Opportunities

   • Pinpoint where transformation is needed—and what success looks like

3. Develop a Change or Transformation Strategy

   • Design an approach that aligns with people, purpose, and process

4. Implement the Change/Transformation Strategy

   • Lead, influence, and embed the change into everyday practice
